1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-15 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-demand Islamic festivals (such as Ramadan or Eid), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience during these blessed times.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping information is provided on the product page or in the product description.

 

4. Special Note for Festivals (Ramadan & Eid)

To ensure your items arrive before Eid or any specific festival, we highly recommend placing your order at least 10-15 days in advance. We prioritize festival-related orders to help you celebrate on time.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Muslim Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
